Refund Policy

Free Trial

The TV Signal Forwarder extension offers a 3-day free trial upon account creation. No payment information is required to start the free trial.

• —You will not be charged during the 3-day trial period.
• —If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be applied.
• —At the end of the trial, your selected plan will activate and billing will begin.

Monthly Subscription — $5/month

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis each month from the date of initial purchase (after the free trial ends).

• —You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles immediately.
• —No prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period. You will retain access to the extension until the end of your paid period.
• —Refund requests for monthly subscriptions may be considered within 7 days of the billing date in cases of documented technical failure on our part. Contact us at gquantlive@gmail.com with your order details.

Lifetime License — $99 one-time

The lifetime license is a one-time payment that grants perpetual access to the TV Signal Forwarder extension.

• —Lifetime licenses are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the 3-day free trial has not already been used prior to purchase.
• —After 7 days, all lifetime license sales are final and non-refundable.
• —Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented service failures lasting more than 72 consecutive hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Paystack and typically reflected within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. GQuant is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and access to the extension. We will provide transaction records and correspondence to your payment provider in the event of a dispute.

Changes to This Policy

GQuant reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
