Important Notice
Not Financial Advice
GQuant is a software company. We are not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, or any form of regulated financial services provider.
Nothing published on this website, within any GQuant product, in our Telegram channels, on our social media accounts, or in any communication from GQuant constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, asset, or security.
Any trading decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions. GQuant accepts no liability whatsoever for financial losses incurred through the use of its software or through any trading decisions influenced by its products or content.
Risk Warning — Capital at Risk
Trading financial instruments, including forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies, involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
These disclosures apply to all GQuant products and services, including the TV Signal Forwarder browser extension, trading bots, Expert Advisors (EAs), Telegram signal tools, and this website. By using any GQuant product, you acknowledge and accept the risks and limitations described below.
No Financial Regulation or Registration
GQuant is not registered, licensed, or authorised by any financial regulatory authority, including but not limited to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) UK, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) USA, or any equivalent body in any jurisdiction.
GQuant does not manage funds, accept deposits, execute trades on behalf of users, or provide any service that requires financial regulatory authorisation. Our products are strictly software automation tools.
Market Risks
Trading and investing in financial markets involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated by automation or software tools. Factors that may materially affect results include:
- —Market volatility, sudden price movements, and gaps
- —Low liquidity conditions causing slippage and poor execution
- —Broker or exchange-specific spread changes, requotes, and trading restrictions
- —Geopolitical events, macroeconomic news releases, and regulatory changes
- —Exchange outages, API failures, and connectivity interruptions
All users must independently assess whether automated trading aligns with their own risk tolerance, financial situation, and investment objectives.
Past Performance
Any historical performance results, backtests, live account statements, or track records displayed on this website or in GQuant marketing materials are provided for informational purposes only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results and must not be relied upon as such. Simulated or backtested results do not account for real-world execution conditions including slippage, spread, and broker limitations.
Software Limitations
All GQuant tools execute fixed, predefined logic and do not dynamically adapt to market conditions beyond what is explicitly programmed. They are not artificially intelligent decision-making systems. Users are solely responsible for:
- —Correctly configuring tools before deployment
- —Monitoring active systems and intervening when necessary
- —Understanding the logic and limitations of any strategy used
- —Ensuring compliance with their broker's or exchange's terms of service
System failures, connectivity issues, broker errors, or misconfigured settings may result in missed trades, duplicate orders, unintended positions, or financial loss. GQuant accepts no liability for such outcomes.
Product-Specific Notices
TV Signal Forwarder
The TV Signal Forwarder is a browser utility that forwards TradingView alert signals to Telegram or Discord. It does not place trades, execute orders, or access any trading account. All trading actions taken based on forwarded signals are entirely the user's own decisions and responsibility. GQuant is not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of TradingView signals or any downstream consequences.
Expert Advisors (EAs)
GQuant Expert Advisors are automated scripts designed to run on MetaTrader 4/5 or equivalent platforms. They execute trades based on fixed rules set by the user. Results will vary depending on broker conditions, account settings, market conditions, and the configuration applied. GQuant provides no guarantee of profitability. Users should run EAs on demo accounts before applying them to live funded accounts.
Telegram Bots & Signal Tools
Any signals, alerts, or trade ideas distributed through GQuant's Telegram channels or bots are not financial advice. They represent automated outputs from software systems and must not be interpreted as professional trading recommendations. Users act on any signals entirely at their own risk.
Third-Party Platforms
GQuant products integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms including TradingView, Telegram, Discord, MetaTrader, and various brokers and exchanges. GQuant has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or control over these platforms. Changes to their APIs, terms of service, or functionality may affect GQuant product performance. GQuant is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
No Performance Guarantee
GQuant makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any product will generate profit, protect capital, or achieve any specific trading result. All performance claims are illustrative only. By purchasing or using any GQuant product, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a software tool and not a financial return.
