Pricing Policy
A clear, complete guide to how GQuant prices, bills, and manages all products and services — including browser extensions, trading bots, Expert Advisors, and custom automation work.

This Pricing Policy applies to all products, tools, and services sold or distributed by GQuant, including but not limited to browser extensions, Telegram bots, Expert Advisors (EAs), signal forwarding tools, and custom automation services. All payments are processed securely by Paystack or another payment processor as indicated at checkout. By completing any purchase, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Product & Pricing Types
GQuant offers several types of products, each with its own pricing structure. The applicable structure is clearly stated on the product listing or at checkout before payment is made.
Recurring Subscriptions
Billed on a regular cycle (e.g. monthly). Access continues as long as the subscription is active. Examples: TV Signal Forwarder monthly plan. Prices are displayed in USD and converted to the local currency at the live rate at checkout.
Lifetime / One-Time Purchases
A single payment grants permanent access to the product with no future charges. Examples: TV Signal Forwarder lifetime plan, Gold Prop Firm EA, and any future EAs or bots sold outright. These purchases are not subject to renewals or price changes after purchase.
Slot-Limited Products
Certain products (e.g. prop firm EAs, exclusive bots) are sold with a limited number of available slots. Once all slots are filled, the product is no longer available for purchase. The current number of slots remaining is displayed on the product listing and may change without prior notice.
Custom & Bespoke Services
Custom trading system development, bot builds, or automation projects are quoted individually based on scope. Pricing and payment terms for custom work are agreed upon in writing before any payment is collected. Custom service pricing is not covered by the standard refund policy unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.
Currency & Exchange Rates
All GQuant product prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). At checkout, prices are converted to the applicable local currency — currently Nigerian Naira (NGN) — using the live market exchange rate at the time of payment.
This means your Naira charge reflects the real exchange rate on the day you pay. We do not lock, fix, or inflate conversion rates. For recurring subscriptions, each billing cycle will apply the live rate at that time — your Naira amount may vary month to month as the USD/NGN rate changes.
Example
A $9.99/month plan at a rate of ₦1,600/USD is charged as ≈ ₦15,984. If the rate rises to ₦1,800/USD the following month, the renewal charge becomes ≈ ₦17,982. The USD price remains $9.99 — only the Naira equivalent changes.
Exchange rate data is fetched in real time and cached briefly to ensure accuracy within a checkout session. GQuant is not responsible for losses or differences arising from currency fluctuations between the time of browsing and the time of payment.
Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered (e.g. the TV Signal Forwarder 3-day trial), no payment is required to start. Access is restricted at the end of the trial period until a paid plan is selected. GQuant does not apply automatic charges at the end of a trial — payment is always an active choice by the user.
Not all products include a free trial. Trial availability is stated on the relevant product page. Trial periods are non-transferable and limited to one trial per account per product.
Billing & Renewals
Subscription products renew automatically on the same day each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. A receipt is sent to your registered email address after each successful payment.
One-time and lifetime purchases are charged a single time. There are no renewals, recurring fees, or future charges associated with these products unless a separate product or service is purchased.
If a payment fails, access to the relevant product may be paused or restricted until the outstanding charge is resolved. GQuant will notify you by email if a payment cannot be processed.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting gquantlive@gmail.com. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed thereafter. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid billing cycle unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.
One-time and lifetime purchases cannot be cancelled by nature. Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility on returns.
Switching or Upgrading Plans
If you wish to switch between plans (e.g. Monthly to Lifetime) or upgrade to a different product tier, contact us at gquantlive@gmail.com. Where applicable, GQuant may credit recent payments toward the upgraded cost at its sole discretion. Plan switches take effect from the next billing cycle or immediately upon confirmation, depending on the product.
Price Changes
GQuant reserves the right to change USD prices for any product at any time. For active subscription holders, price changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance before taking effect on their account. One-time and lifetime purchasers are not affected by price changes and retain access at the rate originally paid. New customers are always charged at the current listed price.
Taxes & Fees
Prices displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes or payment processing fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Paystack may apply transaction fees depending on the payment method used. GQuant is not responsible for any bank charges, international transaction fees, or taxes imposed by your financial institution or local government.
